12 Do horses run on rocks?
Or does one plow [a]them with oxen?
Yet you have overturned (A)justice into gall
And the fruit of righteousness into [b]wormwood,
13 You who are glad in [c](B)Lo-debar
[d]And say, “Have we not (C)by our own strength taken [e]Karnaim for ourselves?”
14 “For behold, (D)I am going to raise up a nation against you,
O house of Israel,” declares Yahweh God of hosts,
“And they will press down on you from [f](E)Lebo-hamath
To the (F)brook of the Arabah.”
